RECREATIONAL ARTISITIC GYMNASTICS  

Recreational Gymnastics is the non-competitive branch of gymnastics. It makes up over 90% of the Alberta Gymnastics Federation’s membership and The BGC is honored to be a part of that.

Gymnastics is a sport for everyone. It provides an opportunity to challenge an individual physically, and enables him/her to explore numerous forms of movement in fun, creative ways. Recreational Gymnastics provides children, as young as 18 months through to adults, of any age, to enjoy the sport. An assortment of programming is offered such as: parent and tot, preschool, CanGym, youth and adult rec, as well as performance or demonstration groups such as Gymfest.
